What is Tourist Consciousness?

Tourist Consciousness is an alert cognitive state that presupposes the good will of the people to promote and improve the tourist image of a village, city, region or country.
This positive attitude influences the relationship that we could have with the tourists (either from other provinces and regions, or from other countries) to whom we give our tourist services; it will also help us to improve the management of our natural and cultural resources; resources resources that they admire and enjoy.
In regard to the permanent relationship that we have with the tourists, we have to give them a cordial and affable service, attending all the commercial transactions with equity and honesty.
